16th ASSITEJ World Congress and Performing Arts Festival ASSITEJ is the International Association of Theatre for Children and Young People with centers in 80 countries, its members perform to millions of children and young people each year in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas and Australia. Every three years this international organization comes together for their world congress and a major international performing arts festival for young people is created.
